Elker provides a secure portal which ensures that your personal information is protected and provides a seamless system for the Commission to triage and assess matters. Those seeking to lodge an enquiry will be directed to the Elker platform to complete the new online form. The form contains helpful prompts to assist you, such as links to relevant information or guidelines, and can be saved and returned to at a later time. A downloadable and printable PDF version of the form is also available if required.
