The Commissioner reports on the Commission’s performance in both monthly performance reports and annual reports.
Monthly performance reports
The monthly performance reports and key trend data are largely statistical in nature and are best read in conjunction with the Commission’s more comprehensive and explanatory annual reports. Please refer to the Glossary for definitions of the key terms that underpin these reports.
The Legal Profession Act 2007 (the Act) requires the Commissioner to give the Attorney-General by 31 October each year a report describing the work the Commission performed during the preceding financial year, the criteria the Commissioner uses to assess the Commission’s performance system and an assessment of the Commission’s performance against those criteria.
Previous annual reports are available here.
