Explanatory notes
We are keen to get feedback from the people we deal with as we go about our work - from people who have made inquiries; from people who have made formal complaints; from lawyers who have been subject to complaints; and from lawyers, legal academics and our other stakeholders including members of the public more generally. Feedback from people we deal with will help us improve our services.
The surveys on this page allow inquirers, complainants, respondents and our other stakeholders to give us feedback on our performance and their experience of the LSC.
The surveys take about 10 minutes to complete and are completely confidential. They are designed to preserve the anonymity of the individuals who complete a survey and that includes organizations and firms - we are simply not able to identify individual respondents and we have structured the surveys to allow law firms to remain anonymous also.
We will treat the survey results as strictly confidential. We will not know which individuals or law firms have participated in the surveys unless they choose to tell us and we will not publish any information that identifies or might tend to identify any individual or particular law firm.
We will however publish and continually update the aggregated and non-identifiable results as a matter of transparency on our part and to enable people who have given us feedback to compare their feedback with the feedback others have given us.
