Web based surveys

We have developed and hope to continually add to and refine a series of short, sharp web-based or on-line surveys that will allow us to have 'conversations' with the people we encounter as we go about our work. We will publish and regularly update the results.

They serve various purposes. We have designed some of them specifically to help us achieve our goal of promoting high standards of conduct in the delivery of legal services. We have designed others of them specifically to give people we have dealings with an easy opportunity to give us feedback which will help us be better and smarter in the ways we go about our work. We have designed others of them again specifically to allow us to hear from lawyers and members of the public about issues that impact on our work.

They are user-friendly and completely confidential. We will not know and have no way of knowing if you have completed a survey unless you choose to tell us.
