This document is an exact replica of the survey form that has been (and continues to be) completed by a range of legal practitioners, students and members of the public. It has been altered only to include the results to date and some brief commentary about those results.

Lawyers’ Work, Lawyers’ Conduct symposium pdf icon (140kB pdf file)
This symposium was held on 11 November 2005, hosted by the Legal Services Commission and Griffith University Socio-Legal Research Centre, with participants from law schools, professional associations, private legal practices and government agencies. The focus was on improving standards of conduct to reduce cause for consumer complaint. Participants affirmed the need for the process to be ongoing and the LSC and Griffith University SLRC developed The Lawyers, Clients and the Business of Law Symposium Series.
